YOGA Training
Yoga (/ˈjoʊɡə/ Sanskrit, योग ) is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.
Yoga gurus from India later introduced yoga to the west, following the success of Swami Vivekananda in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the 1980s, yoga became popular as a system of physical exercise across the Western world. Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise; it has a meditative and spiritual core. On December 1, 2016, yoga was listed as UNESCO‘s Intangible cultural heritage.
On 11 December 2014, The 193-member United Nations General Assembly approved by consensus, a resolution establishing 21 June as “International Day of Yoga”
The first International Day of Yoga was observed world over on 21 June 2015. About 35,000 people, including Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a large number of dignitaries, performed 21 yoga asanas (yoga postures) for 35 minutes at Rajpath in New Delhi. The day devoted to yoga was observed by millions across the world.
The event at Rajpath established two Guinness records – largest Yoga Class with 35,985 people and the record for the most nationalities participating in it— eighty-four.

Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine created in 1796 by Samuel Hahnemann, based on his doctrine of like cures like(similia similibus curentur), a claim that a substance that causes the symptoms of a disease in healthy people would cure similar symptoms in sick people
Homeopaths select homeopathic by consulting reference books known as repertories, and by considering the totality of the patient’s symptoms, personal traits, physical and psychological state, and life history.
