Sevakram Grameen Sewa Kendra was established at Mandi Village in Mehrauli block of Delhi by Lok Sevak Sangh in March 1999 to serve the economically weaker and socially neglected Rural areas of Mandi Village, Mandi Pahari, Dera Mandi and Bhati Kalan (Delhi) and surrounding villages of Gurgaon, namely Gawal Pahari, Baliyawas, and Bandhwari.
MEDICARE: – Free health and medical services with a well-qualified doctor are made available to all villages in and around Mandi Village. Lady Doctor (Gynecologist) also available twice a week at the center i.e., on Monday & Thursday for Gynae. Patients.
MEDICAL SPECIALTY CAMPS:- Free TB, Cancer awareness, and Eye ailment detection camps are being organized periodically. Cataract operations are performed free of charges.
CUTTING AND TAILORING TRAINING: – Village girls and women are being trained in cutting and tailoring by a trained instructor. A certificate is given to successful candidates.
HABITAT COMPUTER LEARNING EXTENSION CENTRE (HLEC):- Computer literacy and computer-aided learning programme among children and women living in Mandi and surrounding villages has started in May 2007 under kind patronage of India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi who have donated four computers, one printer, one UPS and LAN wiring expenses etc.
RURAL YOUTH POLYTECHNIC COMPUTER CENTRE (RDC) MANDI VILLAGE, NEW DELHI 110047:- Rural Youth Polytechnic Computer Centre (RYPCC) was established in July 2008 at
Sevakram Grameen Sewa Kendra (RDC) Mandi Village, Mehrauli Block, New Delhi.
Four different types of courses are running in (RYPCC):-
1. Six months Computer Basic Course
2. Six months (DOEACC ‘CCC’ Course)
3. One Year (DOEAAC ‘O’ Level NIOS Course)
4. BCA (IGNOU) Coaching classes.
KRISHAN DEV & PREM HANDA (KD&PH) VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE:- KD & PH Vocational Institute was established in April,2009 at SRGSK(RDC) Mandi Village, New Delhi for six months hardware, Networking repairs & Maintenance course.

RYPCC & KDPH Vocational Institute has been accredited as Accredited Vocational Institution (AVI) of National Institute of Open Schooling, (an autonomous organization under MHRD, Govt. of India) in May, 2011 for
Vocational Education Centre Basic Computing (Course code – 608) and
Certificate in Computer Application (Course code – 711-712).
There are two admission sessions beginning from 1st Jan and 1st July of every year.
