Saraswati (Sanskrit: सरस्वती, Sarasvatī) is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning worshipped throughout Nepal and India. She is a part of the Trinity (Tridevi) of Saraswati, Lakshmi, and Parvati. All the three forms help the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva to create, maintain and regenerate-recycle the Universe respectively. She was a mother of the Four Kumaras, Narada, Daksha and Chitragupta
Mr. Vasu M, CAO of Delhi Branch, welcomed all the guests & shared how the basic idea got generated for this project. He complemented & thanked Principal Mr. Mukesh for the background work done by school staff under his leadership. He Introduced Mr. Chaudhary, who financed the whole project.
Shri Raj Kumar, Chairman Delhi Branch, addressed the group. He unveiled the handcrafted picture of Shri Balwant Ray Mehta, founder of the school. He highlighted how he worked with Mahatma Gandhi in the freedom struggle, and the sacrifices made by him during that time.
Saraswati Vandana was sung by lady teachers of the school, which spellbound all the audience.
A vote of thanks was given by Mr. Mukesh Chand, Principal of School.
The ceremony closed with light snacks served to participants.
